Raith Rovers
Raith Rovers Football Club, founded in 1883, calls Stark’s Park in Kirkcaldy its historic home, a ground that has witnessed over a century of Fife football. The club’s most celebrated achievement came in 1994 when they won the Scottish League Cup, famously defeating Celtic in the final. That triumph remains a defining moment, showcasing the Rovers’ tenacious and attacking style under manager Jimmy Nicholl. Though they have spent much of their history in the lower divisions, Raith consistently punch above their weight, producing fierce derbies with local rivals Dunfermline Athletic. Their loyal fanbase, known for creating an intense atmosphere at Stark’s Park, ensures the club remains a proud and resilient institution in Scottish football.
