Randers FC is a professional Danish football club based in the city of Randers, Jutland. Founded on January 1, 2003, the club is a phoenix entity born from the merger of five local clubs: Randers Freja, Randers KFUM, Vorup FB, Dronningborg BK, and Hornbæk SF. This unification was designed to create a stronger, more competitive force for the city. The club's identity is deeply rooted in its community, often referred to as "The Vikings" or "Hestene" (The Horses), a nod to the city's historical coat of arms. The team plays its home matches at the Cepheus Park Randers, a modern 10,300-capacity stadium that has been their fortress since 2012.
