Founded in 1909 in the vibrant Basque city of San Sebastián, Real Sociedad de Fútbol, often called "La Real," is a club steeped in tradition and regional pride. Its origins trace back to the city's love for football, fostered by British workers and local students. The club's identity is deeply intertwined with Basque culture, a fact symbolized by its iconic blue and white stripes, adopted in 1910 after an English club donated kits.
